Managing the physical stress reaction enables us to unblock the way for clear thinking. If you have favourite ways of relaxing, use those. You don't have to 'stress' about not liking the suggestions given in the videos. The important thing is to find a way to switch from the stress mode to the enjoyment mode. You may want to do some crafts or fix bikes or do some DIY. If you enjoy it, it will help you de-stress.
