Hi, I'm Nina Joshi Ramsey - a Stress
you manage stress.
Stress is a fact of life and evolution. Just like our other bodily functions. When healthy, the stress system works to support us. As we all know, this is the key.
If you experience aching muscles, lack of concentration, sleepless nights, and other such symptoms that hinder your goals or enjoyment of life, then you may be experiencing unmanaged stress. Luckily, stress has a mind-body connection that we can manage to optimise our experience.
I give talks and
workshops to explain some background and common stress symptoms. Alongside, I share easy, practical techniques to manage those symptoms. You'll be able to use these
yourself and show your loved ones, so they too can relieve their stress. See? This is already helping!
The workshops are currently for ages 16+ and I welcome booking enquiries.

I host, present and speak at different types of events. My
background is in corporate technology management and performance
coaching, with a dash of writing. If you have an idea you would like to explore in those worlds, just drop me a line. That's how most of my work starts off. I am happy to see how I can help.
That dash of writing I mentioned? Well, I write novels, plays, short stories, non-fiction and now turning to screenplays. I also do some micro-blogging on my instagram feed, mainly travel, which is a huge passion of mine. Feel free to get in touch and explore partnering,
commissions or other variations in any of these areas.
Lastly, I started stand-up comedy. A few open mics in, I am already re-focusing on writing a book based on the stress workshops instead!
OK, stand-up is a mixed bag and the bad gigs are par for the course. You do it for the good ones. But a lot of life lessons there. I've added my first gig video on this page. We'll see how my 'journey' goes. One day, who knows? I may be playing at a venue near you!
